Value added tax

No value added tax identification number pursuant to section 27a of the German Value Added Tax Act has been issued; the provider is not registered for value added tax in the European Union.

Supplies to business customers established in another member state of the European Union are subject to the reverse charge mechanism in accordance with Articles 44 and 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. In those cases the tax is payable by the recipient of the service.
