Four Invoice Templates and Your Own Letterhead

Different deals need different invoices. The account offers four templates that share one page frame and differ in the body of the document.

The four templates

• Services — work done for a client: consulting, advertising, fees.
• Sales / orders — goods or tickets sold to a customer.
• Partner settlement — your commission on a deal billed to a partner.
• Channel payout — a sale made through a platform, with the money passed on.

Your logo, contact lines and the footer with address, bank details and tax number come from Settings and appear on every template. All of that lives in the visible PDF layer only: the embedded XML is built from the same data but structured by the standard, so the look of the page can never affect document validity.
